Buyer cost: USPS (United States Postal
Service) 1st class postage. Insurance and Delivery
Confirmation are optional. If buyer does not request,
seller cannot guarantee receipt of delivery. Priority or
Express Mail available upon request at buyer's cost.

Buyer accepts item or items received as-is,
no refunds, no returns. The Buyer accepts full
responsibility of item once mailed by seller. Seller
will pack as securely as possible to avoid any shipping
damage.

Payment
PayPal
(credit cards) payment
service is available at checkout. PayPal
accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American
Express. If you require other forms of payment (money
order, cashiers check, personal check) buyer needs to contact Sales@Hints.com
to do a non credit card purchase. We will
consider a personal check but will hold shipment for 5-7 days
after deposit to ensure funds.

Refund Policy
All products on this site follow our standard
30 day refund for store credit, less any potential restocking
fee. However, refunds will be considered on an
individual bases. Any refund agreed to by Seller
will be limited to the initial purchase cost of the product,
less any packing, shipping or damage costs.

Product Delivery
All efforts are made to ship your purchases
within 48 hours from receipt of the PayPal order notice and
payment status. All orders will be shipped to the
address provided in the PayPal payment confirmation
notice. Please provide any special shipping instructions
in the PayPal payment "optional address line" or at
the additional comment area.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not
completely satisfied with one of our products, please email us
at Sales@Hints.com
within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your
information and determine if a refund for credit or
replacement is within acceptable limits.

Exchanges
If you have determined you have purchased
the wrong product, immediately email Sales@Hints.com
with the details.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping, handling or
damage when returning the incorrect item. Buyer is also
responsible for the shipping and handling of the replacement
item. The replacement item will not be shipped until
seller has received the product in dispute and determines
there is no damage.
